Brian Jacko is a Scenic Designer, Builder, and Artist based in Philadelphia. He has worked closely with local directors as the principle designer on over 15 productions since 2018, as well as working as a scenic painter and carpenter in both the community and academic theatre worlds. In addition to design, Brian worked for several years with the Villanova University Scene Shop where he learned the principles of properties construction as well as scenic painting. Brian works professionally as an engineer, and is skilled in drawing and digital rendering as well as providing CAD details and cut sheets for set pieces. Brian attended Villanova University where he earned a Bachelor's in Comprehensive Sciences, a Minor in Theatre Studies, and a Master's in Environmental Engineering.
